Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. During busy seasons, new collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery times are:
Europe: Usually 8–12 days after shipment
United States: Usually 12–16 days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, carrier schedules, and other external factors.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen.
Shipping may take longer during:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking information does not update immediately, please don't worry—this is normal during the early stage of shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country or region.
These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not controlled by GLOSSYLUNA. If applicable, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or related import fees.
Customs processing may also affect the final delivery time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
GLOSSYLUNA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help update it.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, stuck, or missing, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking information.
We will help check the shipment status and work with the carrier where possible to find the best solution.
Please note that some packages may show limited tracking updates while in transit, especially during international shipping. This does not always mean the package is lost.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse arrangement, or shipping requirements.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, GLOSSYLUNA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, mailbox area, or delivery location first.
